In her 20+ years in the amazing field of bodywork Peggy has written five books and videos series. One of her most popular courses is Releasing the Rotator Cuff. Drawing from her own experience with shoulder pain, treating hundreds of clients and teaching thousands of bodyworkers from all fields across the country have made her a sought after teacher on this topic at AMTA state conventions, Pesi Rehab, Allied Health Education and Home CEU

Peggy brings her eclectic and extensive background into her teaching for an interesting, enjoyable and enlightening learning experience.

In addition to her extensive training in bodyworker, Peggy holds a master’s degree in Dance from American University in Washington, D.C.

She has many certifications including Corrective Exercise and Functional Movement. All her courses are approved by the NCTMB.
